Terms of Service

• You must have authority to install the App and connect it to a Microsoft Teams tenant.
• You are responsible for who can access Teams channels, chats, reports, and files delivered by the App.
• You are responsible for the Valyu API key and Microsoft Teams settings used with the App.

• Use the App only for lawful business or organizational purposes.
• Do not use the App for surveillance, harassment, spam, security abuse, infringement, or activity that violates Microsoft Teams policies.
• Do not submit passwords, payment card numbers, government identifiers, health data, or similarly sensitive personal data unless Valyu has agreed to that use in writing.
• Do not attempt to bypass access controls, rate limits, tenant policies, or channel permissions.

You are responsible for report prompts, destinations, schedules, and how reports are used. Reports may be incomplete, stale, or inaccurate, and they are not legal, financial, medical, tax, or other professional advice. You should review outputs before relying on them.

The App depends on Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Bot Framework, Valyu, and service providers that support hosting, storage, delivery, and operations. Your use of Microsoft Teams and Valyu remains subject to their applicable terms, policies, availability, and tenant settings.

You control what is submitted through your Microsoft Teams tenant and who can access delivered reports in Teams. Our Privacy Policy explains what the App processes, how it is used, retention periods, deletion controls, and support contact details.

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free operation, including third-party service availability.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Valyu is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption arising from the App. Valyu's total liability for the App is limited to the amount you paid specifically for the App in the 12 months before the claim, or GBP 100 if no separate App fee was paid.

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from Microsoft Teams. We may suspend or terminate access if the App is misused, creates security risk, or violates these Terms. Deletion rights and retention periods are described in the Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
